Isot fermented chilli pepper

South-East Anatolian region Urfa's unique sweet/sour/hot chili pepper. First anaerobically fermented, then sun dried and mashed with olive oil and mountain salt. Out of a family garden, small produced with care.

As a result of the fermentation, it is not highly hot and has a very distinguished taste. Try also in sweets;-)
