SLOW FOOD SERVED FAST
A SMALL OVEN RESTAURANT WITH A BIG HEART.
At Datli Maya, we go out our way to mainly use ecological produce from fair trade and sustainable sources. Our 80 year old wood-fired oven in Firuzaga is lit up early each morning to unearth almost forgotten, traditional Anatolian recipes. We incorporate our enthusiasm for contemporary and innovative methodes to concoct "fast-slow food" for the conscious eater in the age of mass consumption.

Kebabs, Turkish pizzas, traditional hot-pots, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free dishes, local specialities, aromatic herbs & spices, and desserts that put a smile on your face.
Plus, cold-pressed olive oil, molasses, herbal teas, traditional tomato paste, medicinal herbs and other gastronomic treasures to take home. Either drop by for a meal and glass of tea brewed in our century old hand made copper semovar, or stay home and order a take-out.
So long as you enjoy it!
